Our young students from the Gheez Rite Supplementary School are excited to participate in Black History Month this October. On Saturday, 26th October, they will proudly present their research and understanding of the profound impact of Black heritage and culture.
Established in 1993, Gheez Rite has been dedicated to advancing the education and improving the lives of Eritrean refugees and others from the Horn of Africa. Through lessons in Tigrinya, English, Maths, Science, and activities like Coding and Robotics, we empower children to embrace both their heritage and their future in Britain.
We look forward to this special occasion where our children will showcase the rich contributions of Black heritage to society.
